Welcome to R2R Coaching which stands for Ready to Rise Coaching, founded by Rania Effat. Rania is a woman of many talents and expertise. She is known for her compassion and limitless empathy for everyone she meets.
Her mission is to provide a safe space for those struggling in their relationships to overcome their challenges by releasing, reconnecting and renewing.
Meanwhile, Rania is determined to follow her calling to help women who are trapped in Toxic Relationships. Her goal is to raise awareness through her talks, youtube Channel and other social media platforms.
Her healing journey from Narcissistic Relationships and Narcissistic Abuse is the driving force behind her dedication to support and guide those who are struggling and suffering in silence. She is humbled for making a difference in women’s lives, empowering them to rise above their traumas and rebuilding their life.
Rania is a Certified Relationship Coach, a Reiki Practitioner, a Blogger, a Transformational Speaker and soon-to-be-Published Author. Certified in Space Clearing, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Healing, and EFT. She is also a Trauma & Recovery Practitioner, certified in CBT, Guided Image Therapy, Resolution Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Stress & Anxiety Management and Body Language Profiler.
Rania earned a Psychology Diploma in Anxiety & Panic Attacks and Relationship Counselling Diploma. Intensive studies and certifications in Personality Disorders, in particular: Narcissistic Personality Disorder. In addition, exploring Channeling, Mediumship, Energy Healing, and Numerology Reading.
In addition to coaching as a type of talk therapy, setting goals and accomplishing lasting results using techniques uniquely designed for each dynamic. Rania discovered that taking the holistic approach to healing pain and uncovering our innate self, can and will, deepen the connection to self and others.
There are great aspirations for the continuing growth of R2R Coaching as the founder continues to grow and upgrade her skills academically and spiritually. Above all, Rania wants to spread joy and give comfort to those who wish to work with her in accomplishing their desired dreams and goals.
